The LDT Certificate can be customized for each students experience. To complete the certificate, you will need to make sure each of the following steps is completed! At any point along the way, please contact the certificare coordinator, Gretchen Thomas, for any and all questions!

Steps to complete the certificate!

  • Complete the New Student Application
  • Add the certificate into your Athena Account
  • Register and complete 4 three-credit-hour EDIT courses 
  • Fill out the Current Student Mid-Way Check Point Form
  • Complete 1 three-credit-hour elective course.
  • Complete the Certificate Exit form

**Does not need to follow any specific order!
