This certificate requires 15 credit hours. Along with gaining practical and developmental knowledge of learning, design, and educational technology in P-12, higher education, and corporate settings, you will also engage in service to the community by working with practitioners to solve real-world problems.

Choose from courses that support:

– Teaching and learning with educational technology
– Teaching and learning with assistive and learning technologies
– Creating environments that support universal design for learning
– Mentoring P-12 students in maker education
– Developing products that support innovation in the workplace

The program of study includes four 3-credit-hour EDIT courses and one 3-credit-hour course from a program outside Learning, Design, and Technology that emphasizes these practices (as determined by the certificate coordinator).
