The Marketing capstone is a unique and challenging course. In groups, students participate in a semester-long simulation where they will be responsible for making all marketing strategies and decisions. The simulation is designed to help students solve problems that arise in the dynamic global business environment. The simulation reacts to the students’ decisions based on an algorithm. Grades are a result of performance.

After the simulation had come to a conclusion, we were tasked with creating a analysis presentation and final report. We had poor overall performance but were able to finish the simulation with a top 3 market share in one of the segments. Therefore, we were awarded full credit on this simulation effort.
